When You are Ready, Renting a Storage Unit is a Simple 5 - Step Process:

1. Pick the Rental Plan & Checkout Online

Review our available plans under the "Plans & Pricing" tab above. Be sure to also check out the "Unit Details & Pictures" for more details and pictures of our units and facility. If you have any questions please check out the "Frequently Asked Questions" tab as well as the "Helpful Videos" tab. If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

During checkout, you will be asked to provide a date and time for your Storage Unit showing as well as if you have a preference to a specific unit number, row, or general area (see Facility Map at Bottom of Page for layout). You may also select when you want to start your Rental - so you can secure a Storage Unit even if you don't need it until sometime in the future - your term starts on the date you select.

 

We advise all customers to select the same date they select for the Facility Showing so that they aren't paying for the time period in between checkout and the showing. 

 

If you want to check the facility out first, please contact us and let us know a time and date that works for you or swing by the facility (please note that to enter past the driveway you will need to meet with us as the gate is locked at all times for security and the code is only provided to current occupants).

2. Review the Rental Agreement in Your Online Account
Our rental agreement is available for review for any paid plan members after login under the "My Account" tab on our website.

3. We'll Follow Up to Confirm the Storage Unit & Facility Showing
We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred meeting time/date and Storage Unit selection, and either confirm those selections or give you alternative options from what we have available.

4. Meet us at the Facility
We'll give you a tour of the facility, show you how to use the gate, gate lock lock, storage unit doors, and show you your unit to confirm its move-in condition. Once you like everything you see, all you need to do is sign the Rental Agreement and either purchase a lock or provide your own to start using your unit.

5. Move In!
Be sure to either bring a lock or you can purchase one from us as well - in either case, you keep all of the keys to your Storage Unit!
